Des automobilistes flashés à tort dans le Gers

Suite à une erreur de communication entre les services de l’état et le département du Gers, des automobilistes du Gers ont été supris d’être flashés. En effet un radar chantier a été installé sur la R928 entre Solomiac et Mauvezin. Le radar a été réglé à 80km/heure comme il est de mise sur toutes les départementales depuis Juillet 2018, sauf que le département du Gers à procédé à un réhaussement de la vitesse à 90km/heure sur ce tronçon depuis le moi de juin 2022.

Plusieurs automobilistes ont alors été flashés au delà de la vitesse limite enregistrée dans le radar et ont eu la désagréable surprise de recevoir un avis de contravention.

Pas de panique, les services de l’état ont invité les automobilistes concernés à effectuer une demande de contestation afin d’annnuler cette contravention.

Nouveaux radars tourelles : tout ce que vous devez savoir

Le gouvernement a annoncé le déploiement de 1200 radars de nouvelle génération d’ici 2020 le long des routes de France. On les surnomme désormais les radars tourelles et vous allez vite comprendre pourquoi : Impossible de ne pas les remarquer avec leur nouveau design et leur imposante prise de hauteur : ils sont perchés à 4m de haut !

Il s’agit d’une évolution du Mesta Fusion, puisque c’est désormais la version 2 qui est déployée, avec un nouveau design et une technologie redoutable : Le Mesta Fusion 2 est ainsi doté d’une antenne radar Doppler avec un suivi multi-cibles et disposant d’un large faisceau 3D qui peut suivre simultanément jusqu’à 126 véhicules sur 5 voies dans les deux sens de circulation et sur une portée de plus de 100 mètres !

Le radar tourelle n’émet pas de flash visible !

Il est capable de faire la différence entre les véhicules légers et les poids lourds, et donc les vitesses limites correspondantes.

Il peut contrôler les véhicules qui circulent dans les deux sens !

Ces nouveaux radars tourelles peuvent flasher plusieurs véhicules en même temps : théoriquement jusqu’à 126 véhicules sur 5 voies dans les deux sens de circulation et sur une portée de plus de 100 mètres !

Ils peuvent détecter plusieurs types d’infractions et pas seulement les excès de vitesse ! Ils seront d’ailleurs évolutifs quant aux infractions qu’ils seront capables de détecter.

Ils sont plus difficiles à vandaliser, car plus solides et plus hauts. Mais dans la pratique, certains radars tourelles ont déjà été vandalisés par des gilets jaunes…

De faux-radars seront aussi déployés pour leurrer les automobilistes: En fait, c’est surtout le module de contrôle (le cerveau du radar tourelle) qui pourra être déplacé d’une cabine à l’autre. Ainsi, il sera impossible de faire la différence entre un radar tourelle actif ou inactif, et un emplacement radar que vous connaissez pourrait aléatoirement devenir actif ou inactif en fonction du déplacement de ce module de contrôle…

Bientôt de nouveaux radars pour un contrôle automatique des ZFE

Les grandes métropoles françaises accélèrent en matière de contrôle de la pollution automobile. Après la mise en place des Zones à Faibles Emissions (ZFE), il s’agit d’en faire respecter l’application. Pour ce faire, des radars devraient entrer en action prochainement.

Et c’est à Paris que les premiers appareils seront installés. Sans en préciser le calendrier, ce dispositif a été confirmé par David Belliard, nouvel adjoint (EELV) aux transports d’Anne Hidalgo, lors d’un entretien avec nos confrères de France 3 Paris – Île-de-France.

« Dans les prochains mois, dans les prochaines semaines, nous aurons l’occasion de faire des annonces sur ce sujet », a complété l’élu, estimant qu’« il est important d’instaurer un contrôle automatique pour rendre la mesure plus efficace ». Et les supports de le vidéoverbalisation par LAPI (Lecture automatique de plaques d’immatriculation) seraient tout trouvés : la ville envisagerait d’utiliser les anciens portiques écotaxe du périphérique.

Aussi, le dispositif sera complété par « la mise en place de nouvelles personnes en charge du contrôle et du respect de ces vignettes Crit’Air  », a précisé David Belliard.

Pour mémoire, la Ville de Paris a institué sa ZFE en 2017, qui est désormais intégrée à la ZFE métropolitaine depuis le 1er juillet 2019. Cela consiste à restreindre progressivement la circulation des véhicules les plus polluants selon leur vignette Crit’Air (ou certificat qualité de l’air). Rappelons qu’une infraction à la réglementation de la ZFE francilienne se paye 68 €.

Près de Lyon : un nouveau radar automatique sur l’A6

Un radar automatique va être mis en service ce mardi sur l’A6 pour “sécuriser un chantier”.

La préfecture du Rhône a annoncé ce lundi la pose d’un radar de contrôle de vitesse sur l’A6 pour “sécuriser la zone de travaux du viaduc de l’Azergues”.

“Ce “radar autonome” sera installé et activé dès le mardi 15 septembre 2020 sur le viaduc de l’Azergues, à hauteur de la commune d’Ambérieux, où sont réalisés des travaux de remise à niveau des tabliers et des superstructures du viaduc de l’autoroute A6. Ce dispositif de sécurisation et de contrôle restera en place jusqu’à la fin des travaux prévue le 30 octobre 2020. Il permettra de contrôler la vitesse dans le sens de circulation Sud/Nord”, a indiqué la préfecture.

Sur la zone du chantier, la vitesse a été abaissée à 90 km/h (110 km/h normalement).
